BUSINESS ROUNDTABLE ON HEALTH
The Business Roundtable on Health is a KC Health Collaborative initiative that bridges the business and health care sectors to improve workforce health and advance better health outcomes across the Kansas City region.
By convening employers and health care leaders, the Roundtable creates a space to examine emerging health trends, share perspectives, identify common challenges, and explore opportunities for collective action. The goal is to strengthen collaboration between sectors and advance strategies that benefit employees, employers, and the broader community.
The Roundtable builds on the insights of KC Health Collaborative’s 2026 Kansas City Health Stats Scorecard, which provides a shared view of health care utilization, quality, affordability, and population health trends among commercially insured Kansas City-area residents.
The Scorecard helps identify trends and opportunities for improvement, while the Business Roundtable brings key stakeholders together to discuss what those findings mean for employers and the health care system. By connecting data with cross-sector perspectives, the Roundtable aims to translate insights into shared priorities and actionable strategies that improve workforce health, strengthen health care value, and support a healthier Kansas City region.
